Head of Stey Stavanger (Norway)

We’re looking for a Head of Stey to join the Stavanger team.

You’re a natural connector and a great listener. You don’t just run a hotel, you help shape a community. You come up with ideas that make everyday life more interesting, and you enjoy turning them into shared moments people remember: a running club, a baking night, a long dinner at the communal table, or something no one’s thought of yet. You notice when someone needs support, and you step in before they have toask. 

Your profile

• You have a few years’ experience from the hospitality business, or similar.

• You might have gone to hotel school or something similar – or not.

• What matters more is who you are, not the length of your CV.
